OUR PHILOSOPHY
When you enter the doors of our chiropractic care center, our goal is to improve your life in any way we can—whether it’s working toward a pain-free life or optimizing your performance and wellness.
Evidence-based Recovery
We use evidence-based biomechanical and structural fundamentals when designing your care plan. This method not only resolves conditions more quickly, but prevents future conditions from occurring.
Addressing the Root Problem
At Carolina Active Health Chiropractic, we not only want to get you out of pain, but we want to find the cause of the pain and prevent injury from reoccurring. Pain can be a “Check Engine” light to other underlying pathology.
If pain is present, our first phase of treatment will be to “put out the fire” and reduce or remove the pain. Next, we will move on to correcting the underlying cause. We feel strongly that many neuromusculoskeletal conditions have multiple causes, and we aim to treat as many as possible.
Building a Strong Foundation
Your spine is the foundation for all movement. Prioritizing spinal mechanics is the first and most important step in rebuilding and ingraining functional motor patterns, optimizing movement efficiency, maximizing force production, and avoiding injury. Proper positioning and stabilization of the spine is critical to treating an injury and optimizing performance.
