WHAT WE’RE DOING.

Too often we have seen patients, friends, and family struggle to find a workout routine that allows them to consistently work towards everyone's ultimate goal; to live a better life doing the things we love. Some fitness routines are not catered towards the most important aspect of fitness, function. This was something that we felt could help improve the lives of so many in Greenville, so we began developing the best routine possible, which we are calling Active Performance. Like many of the professional athletes we have treated, their workouts are catered towards the demand for the sport. Our workouts will utilize the same philosophy to cater to life.

THE WORKOUTS.


  • 55-minute workouts that encompass mobility, strength, and cardio.

  • Mobility and corrective exercises will be built into the routine, so you won't have to get there early to work on this.

  • Movements will mimic functions of life and will primarily utilize free weights (ie. squatting, bending, lunging, etc.)

  • We will limit classes to a maximum of 4 clients, so you will get individualized attention to correct form, technique, and progress or regress exercises accordingly.

  • Access to recovery tools such as Normatec Recovery Sleeves and Hyperice Products (Hypervolt, Vibrating Foam Rollers, Etc.)

  • You will perform a Movement Screen prior to entering the program to address any potential issues and measure progress throughout the program.

Mon/Wed/Fri - 7am, 8am, 12pm, 5pm
Tues/Thurs - 7am, 5pm
