As part of our holistic approach, we believe in the power of great nutrition. Quality nutrition is one of the most important factors in health and performance, but unfortunately, it's also the most neglected. 

Madeline Helms is a certified Nutrition Coach who takes a habit-based approach to nutrition. We believe that nutrition should not be complicated and can be simplified for the best results. Our approach is to focus on what foods to add rather than cutting anything out as well as prioritizing a whole food and balanced diet.


Our Nutrition Program Offers:

  • A face-to-face initial consultation to assess current habits, discuss goals, and create a personalized plan.

  • Education to help understand the basics of nutrition.

  • Weekly check-ins to create accountability and answer questions along the way.

  • A re-assessment at the end of the month the check on progress and make changes as needed.
